Hi Terry, thank you for your comment about 3 hottest niches that I could possibly work on. I’m going to purchase your Hyper Focus SEO, I’m really hoping newbies like me can understand it cause I purchased the mini websites through you and I find the guy(can’t remember his name at this moment) his videos lessons, he goes pretty quick and uses alot of abbreviated terms I’m not even sure what he’s talking about. I’m sure its easy for him and probably alot of other people out there cause maybe they’ve been doing this internet business for years and understand all this internet lingo, whereas a newbie like me haven’t quite figured out the lingo just yet. When I first started looking into making money online, I wasn’t sure what SEO stood for until I googled it and found out the abbreviation stood for “search engine optimization” Anyways, sorry for the long comment here, what I am trying to say is, I’m just hoping your Hyper Focus will be easy to follow.

My apologies, I have one more question, I work a 9 – 5 job, just wondering due to a different time zone as I live in British Columbia, Canada, if I needed some help via skype or something how can we connect cause I am not sure what the time difference would be and will only be able to connect with you during the weekend or after work hours.

I’ve been following your video series for some time now, and all I can say is wow! This is really insightful, great information. I am very excited about buying your Hyper Focus SEO course, and then eventually buying your Link Building course once that is out too (No release date yet, darn! Lol).

This video in particular was great! It used a combination of many different skills, while staying generally simple in the overall outcome. I really liked the idea about recording your experiences. Heck, if I was looking for an informational site about insurance this would be what I would like to find! Also, as always, the optimization techniques applied are only the best. Finally, I wanted to point out that this seemed like the second half of the one page affiliate site’s. I know it probably wasn’t intended that way, but I think of it like this. Once you get good enough optimizing those suckers this is the second evolution. Terminator 2, kinda. Lol.

Thanks again for all this fantastic information Terry. Can’t wait to see what your cooking up next. Were all waiting on the edge of our seats.

The answer is NO NO NO NO and NO!

You absolutely must get away from the idea of scraped re purposed content and absolutely not PLR. It’s all junk and useless.

Like I say, get a book or two from Amazon and write your own, really good, unique content – that will crush it.

You can’t take the old affiliate mentality (build a slapped together junk content site and make it work).

You MUST build a unique; useful, quality site that actually helps people make buying decisions; not hard had all when you build ONE sites and focus.

I know you can do it; You can get the free kindle reader for your computer and get kindle books for just a few dollars; not too much money. Especially for a site that could make thousands per month for years to come.

Can you tell me my next step,or is it now i should purchase “Hyper Focus SEO ”

or do i just wait on traffic to gradually pick up.

Getting only one click through per day. can’t tell the volume of traffic if any as i

can’t insert the analytics on the semiologic theme. However i could always

change the theme.

Jim, being #1 doesn’t guarantee any traffic; it’s really the search term that you pick; Google shows ZERO traffic and zero advertisers for that keyword.

Putting adsense on there is almost always a losing deal. The profits are so low unless you have a crazy high traffic keyword; and you do not.

Adding a youtube video only sends people away.

You’ve go the right idea, so don’t give up however getting my Hyper Focus SEO course will solve all of your issues for sure.

As far as adding Google Analytics, you can do that by installing a free plugin; no need to change the theme.

As usual… great video and good teacher!
Your not gonna believe this but I started selling on ebay, I sell books. I stumbled onto this buy finding a seller on ebay that lists over 7000 books. I looked at his previous 15 days, and with a little research found that he sells 60% at an average profit of $3.00
I went over to Amazon and found the same books that he sells at a lower price. Probably Amazon is his supplier. The interesting thing is I found an online store in the UK with the same book titles, new and including shipping for slightly less than Amazon.
With that I listed 100 top selling books on ebay which cost me $20 listing fees and offered free shipping (I obv. included my cost for shipping in the price).
In 3 days I have sold 35 books at a profit of $5.00 per book (after the final value fees and shipping) and still lower than my competator.
I’m freaking excited and as soon as my limits go up on ebay, guess what I’m going to do?
I wonder if I can be an affiliate of my own products, under my girlfriends name?mmm?
Now I plan on creating obscure niche sites, I just recieved my Dreamweaver Frontpage ( which I bought from ebay for 5 buks…. brand new, sealed) so I plan on making 2 websites this week. I can’t wait until I get used to the software and learn exactly what to do. With all your videos it should be a snap.
After I get a few good sites going I will try a tweak them I guess.
I’m so excited that something is finally working… I credit you for that as I found your Youtube videos searching for ebay stuff.
Ever since I have been watching your videos and writing down my plan on what to do. You have a very good point on pick and stick to something, I can see how the jumping around distraction would pull all the foward momentim away from why I started this in the first place.
A schedule is a good way of getting things done. Monday & thursday- ebay
Tuesday, wed, Sat- affiliate marketing mini sites.

As long as your making new videos I will be here watching and learning. The programs you are sugesting is probably a good idea once some cash starts to come in. It will just make things much easier and able to turn over a profit much much quicker and more efficient. I look at this as like a tuition and tools to do the job. If anyone is contimplating on wheather to listen to you or not, I suggest that anyone wanting to make serious money online in an honest manner to watch and implement Terry’s videos. He’s giving us all this information for FREE!!! Without years of trial and errorr and thousands of dollars wasted. Get off the couch guys and start something today. Dosn’t matter what it is, but start something simple and the jucies will start to flow. Come back here everyday and watch another video, motovation at its best. The biggest point is to follow through. Yea I only made $175 in 15 days but I look at duplicating what I did… if I duplicate this 1 time thats $300, if i duplicate it 10 times $1,750 in 15 days. It dosnt matter how little you make the first time, all that matters is the duplication part.
Anyway, I keep going on and on…LOL

This is a very good video Terry and going by what you have shown us i was wondering if i find a hot niche with high competition and when i run it through alexa like MSB shows me,the numbers for Query Popularity is low and the QCI is moderate and only about 1300 sites. Should we be going by this score or does it not make a difference what alexa information say’s ? Thank you Terry you are always a great helper!!!!

Everett, you may not like my answer here; but I’m serious when I say that I never look at that confusing data – I look at more obvious stuff such as is my niche a pain killer or a vitamin – pain killers outsell vitamins 10-1, then I look at things like traffic and cost per click in Google Keyword Tool, and are there any magazines or “how to” books in that market – be careful of analysis paralysis – frankly I do the “obvious” niches – in fact ones that are so obvious it’s insane NOT to go into them.

Hello Terry it’s me again now that i have my keywords, what would be my next steps should i get your hyper focus seo and use your wordpress seo theme and fill in the blanks sort of speaking then upload it to my hosting or just get my hosting with wordpress install and then install your seo theme or seo it myself the way you teach ? either way i’m kind of fumbling here!!

If i am in a hot evergreen niche and i build a 1 page affiliate site, get indexed/ranked and add my affiliate link can i take and add more pages and affiliate links at will to become more of a authority site ?

Everett, thanks glad you liked Hyper Focus SEO; Yes, I highly suggest you always take a successful one page site and build it into an authority site once you find it will rank. In contrast I always suggest that if you one page won’t rank and there are trust issued from Google, why go further with it; get one page working then build upon that.
