Thanks for the video. A lot of interesting stuff. It’s kind of the last thing I thought I would say, but I’d be interested in membership site – for offline mostly. Why? Well, I’m in at least 7 type membership sites now (some are one-time payment, and you get what you pay for!), and probably only 2 are not dead, maybe 1. I’ve been doing offline for over a year. You get so many different ideas on what website is best, and what SEO is best. The SEO tactics are so outdated and random in some forums, you just can’t have confidence in them. I’ve always gotten sound advice from you and I think you’re dead on about needing fresh SEO. I’d like to hear you talk more about how you track calls and measure results, and show that to clients. And also if your system allows you to change links to a new client if one leaves. That’s a lot to cover, but I’ll be staying tuned. Thanks again.
Hi Garey; when I launch my Link Building course I’ll make it a membership and keep adding videos each month on new stuff and being sure to do a video when something stops working or changes; I know that will be helpful.
In terms of call tracking I, I talk more about that in the upcoming video episode #43, coming out today so look out for that to get all the offline resources.
The way I do SEO is to own the properly I’m ranking so if client leaves I can direct the leads elsewhere; pretty simple.
You mentioned that you use .co I believe in this video. I don’t see many on page one with top rankings. Is it just for a local business? And have you gotten #1 rankings with it for local businesses (assuming you did proportionate SEO for the client)?
Garey; I am in an online SEO group and many people are using .co and .cc to rank on page one in hot markets – that’s been my experience. This is not just for local business no, it’s for any website or niche. The sites I have that are .co and .cc are moving up in the rankings just like any .com I’ve had.
I have been following you for a while now and appreciate everything you have taught me. I am happy to see you back and looking forward to more of your videos and insight.
