Good video Terry. I can vouch for waiting until you are ready to set up the domain and content. I registered a domain, setup a basic page that I had from another site that still had some content left over on the page that I was going to delete and put new related content on.
I thought I had time, google wouldn’t crawl that fast. 2 days later the site was crawled and indexed with the unrelated content on the home page. Crazy thing is, I am in the 15th position for my keyword as the url. I got busy and changed the content so at least it’s relevant.

Yes, that was happening to me too; as you know it’s important to establish to Google what/who you are about so it’s imperative that you get the theme established from the start. I’ve had early indexing kill my chances at rankings several times (at least it appeared that way) so it’s best to establish a site building step-by-step plan when you are building sites weekly like I do.
