Thanks Mr. terry, I have a question. If I buy your software programs for $47.00 is ther any other type of fees like a monthly fee. I understand there would be fee for geting the domain name among other things. Do you provide a list of Items that one would need to get set up wiath a web site, In order with the steps to but the web stuff from start to finish. Plus just how do you get the different companies to use your site, do they have contract or special agrements. I don’t sell a software program – so not sure what you are talking about there.

Any course our product I recommend, is just that – a complete course so you would get every detail you need – and you also get my help on specific items with specific questions. Just prove your purchase with a receipt email and I’ll help; simple.

In terms of how do I get companies to use my site; not sure what you are getting at there either – be more specific.

You need to be much more clear and specific with your questions.

Thanks Terry. I needed to be reminded about “Crush It” by Gary Vaynerchuk…I was going to buy around Thanksgiving but never got around to it. I just purchased it through the Kindle store and had it sent straight to my laptop. I wish you had a link to it up…I would have gladly bought it through that.

I have enjoyed watching some of your videos. Now I would like to ask your recommendation on a training/start up system. I am totaly new to IM. I have run my own business for the last twelve years and due to it being in the construction industry it was directly affected by the crash of our economy. I love working for myself so I started researching working on the internet and seem to have gotten information overload with all the differant things people are trying to sell! That being said I know the internet is the future so I would like start my own business. I believe with your guidance and mentoring it could be successful. I have a goal of learning as much as possiable and making 2500 to 3k average profit over the first three months. Then grow the business from there by implamenting the skills that I learn on a continuing basis. Is this goal attainable with your help or should I look to modify this goal? I do that you have put a lot of hard work and time into your business and great profits do not happen over night. What kind of realistic goals should I be setting for myself to achieve that through proper education and mentoring will lead to long term success? Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

This is my first time here. Refreshing to see some of your YouTube videos. I thought I knew quite a bit when it comes to internet marketing and income streams, until I watched one of your videos on .EDU links. Interesting. Will be going back to watch all your videos on that to see whether that’s a business I could get in or something I could pass-on to my subscribers.

Regarding my existing business, between hacker site attacks and me dragging my feet over the last 2 years but Ive finally got everything pretty much the way I want it (wp blog, ecommerce and solid backend built on filsaimes bfm script). Its a membership site. I havent started promoting yet but Ive got a few subscribers already and feeling quietly confident. I would though like to have a consultation with you, as regards my business direction, but I will comment again once I’ve participated a bit more with your site here.

Anyway, Terry I found your site via a Google search for selling on craigslist, after watching your video on the subject, I don’t believe My affiliate product would qualify for your method of listing in the jobs category.

I have been talking to a company : bestcraigslistposting.com and wanted your opinion about using a service like this for multiple postings in multiple cities.

They claim they’re expertise is in listing in such a way as to not have listings flagged.

I did a search on them and didn’t really find any info. or reviews, good or bad.

Let me know your thoughts please.

Bill; lately craigslist is really cracking down on almost everything that used to work; in fact even now when I post legitimate help wanted ads they get rejected and I have even lost my $25 ad fee; frankly craigslist sucks these days for marketing the way I like to do it which is build an email list and market products to that list. I think the service you recommend is worth a test; but I also think you have to have a really good system for selling to those prospects such as an email autoresponder; a lot of free help and a lot less buy now buy now stuff – I have the most success actually giving people as much help as possible when I promote things online. Douglas; I promote the courses that give you the “skill set” you need to get it right. I’ll be up front and say that no one course is the definitive end to it all, but I do trust the ones I recommend. Each has it’s specific skill set that I know when added to others will be the most valuable to you.

What makes any of them work? You do; and more importantly your ability to shut out all the noise and run a website like a business, NOT a one off money making opportunity – hope that helps.

I’m releasing my SEO Fundamentals course in the next few days so I believe that will be the most helpful to all, simply because I can stand behind it 100%; no fluff just a solid way to do business online.

I certainly hope you don’t limit yourself just because of a distaste for Sean Donahoe’s accent; that could do much more harm to your skill set that good. Sean is an excellent teacher, maybe one of the best.

Chris Farrell is also very good; a lot of info but can be too much.

Well this is not me just wanting to give I am getting to a situation where I am forced to give up. I guess a person has to go deep down inside and ask themselves should they let their light bill go which is $400.00 in arrears or put that money on trying to make money online. I am at a situation where money is not available anymore and getting behind on my bills.

I always answer that like this: the internet is not a make money now, get money quick opportunity. I myself sell SEO services to local businesses who desperately need it and take those profits and build my affiliate income with a specific plan; no biz ops, no make a million software programs, no automated money buttons; just SEO for local businesses and media buying for affiliate products and my own.

If someone needs money now, I always advocate getting a “job” that will fund your business until it can fund itself.

You don’t need money to make money online; you need a skill that people will pay for; SEO is that skill and in fact it’s simple. I guess I better create a video on that huh.

I bumped on your website while I was looking for some reviews about Russell Brunson’s DCSLocal business. I am very much interested in this business as he is promising so many things in the package but I’m not sure if it really works and worth the money etc….

I have been trying to do internet marketing since last 2 years and spent good amount of money, but I didn’t have any success so far, but I did learn a lot of things and I know how to talk about internet marketing and what a local business need to succeed but when it comes to producing results I am not very confident!!!!

However I have several domain names, web server space, aweber, I know wordpress, and I know whole mechanism or blue print for traffic generation, although I don’t have success….

Hi Terry,
Thank you for the refreshing truth you share about interent marketing. I have been searching for different ways to make money online. We have also started an online shop selling coconut oil products. Be that aside my question is to do with internet marketing and some products you recommend on your page.

You have highly recommende Extreme Niche Empire software…I am a bit sceptical about money makeing software as I have also tried and got burned a couple of times using software and strategies that was suppose to make money online. I have also been scammed…so I trust your judgement …if you say that it works??…I will go ahead and try it out?…

Gus, you are right; I don’ think any of the programs are really “money making” but I do recommend them for learning the skills you need to get handled so you can make money.

I know I can stand behind anything I recommend to a level that no one else has offered online; if you truly need the extra help I’m here and only a phone call away.

Only one thing has ever made me any money online and that is “focus” – it’s easy to get distracted by all the hype, facebook this, twitter that.

Terry, I have one recommendation/question. Could you put a list of the software that you recommend somewhere on your site. I know I have seen you mention a piece of software for cloaking and I have opened every video and looked at the items that you sometimes have mentioned underneath you videos but I can’t find the one I want. Personally, I would like to see you give a very short review of each of the items of your software recommendations even if it is just an edited clip from your video where you talk about them. I am often now returning back to your videos trying to find where you spoke about this or about that. You have done it with some of the times but I know you have recommended more than the 3 I see on your page now.

Love your stuff, that’s why I keep returning to them.

Not many of the top ranked websites have a hyphen “-” in them so that’s why I avoid hyphenated domain names.

Kenneth the question isn’t clear to me; the Semiologic theme will work with any wordpress intall; it is not a plugin as you mention.

You may have to delete the Semiologic install and re-install – that could help.

Yes: my advice is to learn internet marketing by promoting other peoples products (affiliate marketing) that are already successful in one of the three crazy hot niches of “money/finance”, “dating/relationships” or “health/fitness”. Learn by promoting other successful products first before you venture into your own ebook ,etc. Trust me on that one.

ok, so a couple of pages on my subject(nutrition/fitness) with the squeeze page to build a list as shown by mr.farrel would be a start? from there some affiliate links may give me a 1st dollar.
lets say i put my site with a perticular host and want to move it to a differant host.

SO,Terry, i have some content already on a “beginners” web site i did for my wifes business a number of months ago. i did it with the “drag/drop” style of web building program you can find for free. But with you and mr.farrells help a am very eager to move this content to a “real” web site.
would you say coming away from the “drag/drop” style is the thing to do, i am thinking so.
1 more thing, before i commit the content to a domain name and server, at this early stage how important are keywords and should i be concerning my self with this factor?

Mark, drag and drop web builders are probably not going to work well or have the functions you really need: I suggest getting to know WordPress; it’s the defacto web building platform and YES you need to understand the phychology behind keyword and what each search visitor is looking for; keywords define the “theme” of your site. Go check out ThemeZoom.com and the Network Empire info; awesome; high level but awesome.

Hi Mark; yes, themezoom is advanced however it’s where SEO is right now; keyword tools are very low value in the scheme of things and worked about 3 years ago; will have you chasing your tail these days the way SEO is headed. Don’t want to lie or mislead you just to make it easy – it’s not.

If you get involved with NetworkEmpire you will be so far ahead of the competition that it wouldn’t even be fair in terms of understanding SEO and what to do.

Cash Commissions is junk; avoid it.

Hi! So, tonight is the first time I ever really looked at any of this with an actual interest. My mom (a software engineer and complete computer geek) suggested I looked into the affiliate stuff. I am in college, second year, and have no idea where to start or what would even be the best route to take. As you said in your video there are different ways you could go. I was thinking an Amazon.com affiliate stuff? See, almost no clue what I’m even talking about.. I was just wondering what do you suggest I do, and where do you suggest I navigate to on your site? Myesha; I’m not big on having a site that you are passionate about really, unless it is in a really really hot market – frankly I go after hot, high traffic markets such as “dating and relationships”, “money and finance” and “health and fitness” – those areas are so big that there is more profit that you can imagine if you focus.

We would need to do a specific consult to point you in the right direction because it’s based on your individual experience and abilities.

Great site man….had a quick question concerning Google keyword tool;
It looks like google updated their keywrod tool and left out the option to see average cost per click. Basicly in your video you got to the colums to adjust settings. Their you clicked ppc.
Google dosn’t have that in that coloum anymore, so how do you find this information for your reasearch.

Hi Darlene; here’s my honest opinion on Ken Walkers “Killer Squeeze Pages” – I tried that about 2-3 years ago and they didn’t work from an SEO/Organic ranking stand point – never made a dime and really never got any traffic HOWEVER, I did NOT approach it like a true business model in that I didn’t put all my time into it – it could possibly work as a business online however you would ABSOLUTELY have to pick ONE and focus on it, build links, add content to the site each day with a blog [150 words or so], do proper SEO [my Hyper Focus SEO course] etc, probably in a niche OUTSIDE of internet marketing if they have any. Google hates squeeze pages so that becomes the issue; you would be better off following a model such as the “Mini Site Formula” that is discuss here; http://www.followterry.com/blog/mini-site-business-model

In the end I probably would NOT recommend the Killer Video Squeeze Pages as a good business model; I know, a buzz kill but I have to be honest.

I don’t know about electronics, but I know renewable energy would fit into the niche of lifestyle or even health which are both great niches to start in… what do you think about those two niches? Josh; I would not go after those niches; – I would find something in “health and fitness”, “money and finance” or “dating and relationships” – those are the hottest online.

Pick something big that you can focus on and do only that. Get a book or two on your topic and begin a wordpress site that has about 5-10 pages on the topic, blog post every day for about 150 words, link blog post to pages using keywords on pages and build links to your entire site until it ranks well and is getting traffic – only then should you put your affiliate links on the site.
